The Shi-Season Takumi Course begins with appetizers in a colorful small bowl in the motif of Shokado, followed by soup with crab cake and winter radish, fresh and carefully selected sushi, and the main dish of sukiyaki, the highest grade A5 Saga beef and seasonal vegetables slowly simmered in our home-made Warishita sauce.
